Accommodation and Costs


There is no fee for registration. The Institute will send confirmation when your application has been accepted and that you are entitled to admission to all seminars, refreshments, lunches, and the wine reception. We regret that we are unable to provide any other meals or accommodation.


We have secured some rooms for a limited time at the Arundel House Hotel for applicants. They are holding 10 Single rooms at 80.00 per night until Monday 25 March 2013. Guests who wish to book one of these rooms, can contact the hotel direct on 01223 367701 and use the code, NEWT220413, to book a room. A credit card or debit card is required to secure the room.

Speakers and participants who have been invited by the event organisers will be contacted by the Institute with regards to accommodation arrangements and therefore do not need to source their own accommodation.
