Accommodation and costs

There is a registration fee of £70 which includes admission to all seminars, refreshments lunches, and programme but does not include other meals or accommodation.

The standard accommodation package costing £230 includes the registration fee and Bed and Breakfast accommodation from Wednesday 14th March 2012 to breakfast on Saturday 17 March 2012. These single study bedrooms have shared facilities and breakfast provided at St John's College.

There are also a limited number of ensuite accommodation packages availible costing £300 including the registration fee and Bed and Breakfast accommodation from Wednesday 14th March 2012 to breakfast on Saturday 17 March 2012. These single ensuite study bedrooms have private facilities and breakfast provided at St John's College.

A formal dinner at St John's College will take place on the evening of Thursday 15th March, costing an addittional £40 for anyone who wishes to attend.
