There is a registration fee of £100 (reduced to £50 for students) which includes admission to all seminars, refreshments, reception, formal dinner and programme but does not include other meals or accommodation.
There is also an accommodation package costing £525, that includes the registration fee, accommodation from Sunday 25 March 2012 to breakfast on Saturday 31 March 2012 together with lunch and refreshments during the days that lectures take place. No evening meals are included in the package.
Accommodation in single study bedrooms with shared facilities and breakfast are provided at Murray Edwards College, a ten minute walk from the Institute.
Lunches will be served at Wolfson Court, adjacent to the Newton Institute.
Applications are particularly welcomed from early career researchers and those from under-represented groups. Funding may be available to support attendance, including from the Institute's Junior Membership scheme for eligible participants.
