Selecting genomes for reconstruction of ancestral genomes
Seminar Room 1, Newton Institute
It is often impossible to sequence all descendent genomes to reconstruct an ancestral genome. This fact leads to studying the genome selection for reconstruction problem. The talk covers our recent work in reconstruction accuracy analysis and greedy algorithm for the problem of selecting a given number of genomes for the best reconstruction.
If it doesn't, something may have gone wrong with our embedded player.
We'll get it fixed as soon as possible.
