On level spacings for one-dimensional Schroedinger operators
Seminar Room 1, Newton Institute
AbstractThe talk would discuss some results, conjectures, and open problems concerning the spacings of eigenvalues for restrictions of one-dimensional Schroedinger operators to large "boxes" (a.k.a. zeroes of orthogonal polynomials). These include results on "clock behavior" for decaying potentials, as well as for absolutely continuous spectrum of ergodic potentials.
If it doesn't, something may have gone wrong with our embedded player.
We'll get it fixed as soon as possible.
