Localization for random divergence operators

In this work we study internal band edges localization of random operators in divergence form. Our results rely on the study of Lifshitz tails for the integrated density of states for random the operators of the form $H_{\omega}=-\sum_{i,j=1}^d\partial_{x_{i}}a_{i,j}(x,\omega)\partial_{x_j}$. Localization is then deduced by the standard multiscale argument. In dimension one and two we get results with weaker assumptions.
