Accommodation and Costs:

There is a registration fee of £90 (reduced to £50 for students) which includes admission to all seminars, refreshments, reception, formal dinner and programme but does not include other meals or accommodation.

The accommodation package costing £645, includes a registration fee, accommodation, breakfast and dinner from dinner on Sunday 7 December 2008 to breakfast on Saturday 13 December 2008 together with lunch and refreshments during the days that lectures take place.

Accommodation (bed and breakfast) is provided at New Hall, approximately 10 minutes walk from the Newton Institute, where single study bedrooms with en suite bathrooms are available. Lunch and Dinner will be provided at Wolfson Court, next to the Newton Institute.

Some support may be available for Phd students and early career researchers under the Institute's Junior Membership scheme.
