Radial Basis Function Collocation for Schrodingers Equation

Abstract

Gaussian radial basis functions may provide an efficient alternative to standard function spaces used in computational quantum mechanics. Combining them with a collocation spatial discretization may give simple and efficient integrators for the time dependent Schrodinger equation. My talk will describe an exploration of these possibilities.
