Plenary Lecture 8: Interfaces arising from solid phase transformations
Seminar Room 1, Newton Institute
AbstractSolid phase transformations give rise to a variety of unusual kinds of interfaces between different phases, some only observed in recent experiments. The lecture will discuss ways of describing and predicting these, and related questions of nonlinear analysis.
If it doesn't, something may have gone wrong with our embedded player.
We'll get it fixed as soon as possible.
