Free boundary problems in random environments.
Seminar Room 1, Newton Institute
AbstractI will discuss about a class of free boundary problems involving elliptic operators with random, discontinuous coefficients. I will also comment on how the ideas and tools designed for the study of such problems reveal improvement of smoothness of solutions to classical equations presenting "non-physical" free boundaries.
If it doesn't, something may have gone wrong with our embedded player.
We'll get it fixed as soon as possible.
