Accommodation and costs

There is a registration fee of £200 (reduced to £135 for students) which includes admission to all seminars, refreshments, reception, formal dinner, lunches on workshop days, and programme but does not include other meals or accommodation.

A standard accommodation package is availible at Wolfson Court for £350, which includes bed & breakfast accommodation from the evening of Sunday 23rd September 2012 to breakfast on Friday 28th September 2012. Accommodation is standard single student study rooms, with shared bathroom facilities. Wolfson Court is located next door to the Institute building.

A basic ensuite accommodation package is availible at Wolfson Court for £385, which includes bed & breakfast accommodation from the evening of Sunday 23rd September 2012 to breakfast on Friday 28th September 2012. Accommodation is single student study rooms, with ensuite facilities. Wolfson Court is located next door to the Institute building.

A superior ensuite accommodation package is availible at Murray Edwards College for £575, which includes bed & breakfast accommodation from the evening of Sunday 23rd September 2012 to breakfast on Friday 28th September 2012. Accommodation is single student study rooms, with ensuite facilities. Murray Edwards College is a 5 minute walk from the Institute building.

Accommodation on the night of Friday 28th September 2012 will be on a request basis only and will not be guaranteed until confirmed by the Programme and Visitor Officer.
Applicants should clearly note their request on the application form and also follow it up with an email to the Programme and Visitor Officer at programmes@newton.ac.uk.

For those wishing to apply for registration fee only and to arrange their own accommodation, we recommend the Arundel House Hotel which is a 15 minute walk from the Institute.
